FRIDAY SHIFTS MAY 27
SET UP CREW –Manual labour Friday May 24 from 10 am to 5 pm to prepare the park for the event
Entrance Gates Shift 1 – to greet our guests as they are entering the park 5-8 pm Friday.
Entrance Gates Shift 2 – to greet our guests as they are entering the park 8- 11 pm Friday.
BBQ FOR VOLUNTEERS – cooking hamburgs and hot dogs for volunteer Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
CLEAN UP CREW– to assist the organizers by working with the Parks Department to maintain Gage Park, picking up refuse to keep the park tidy.
Two hour shifts Friday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday Noon to 8 p.m. Sunday Noon to 7 p.m.
SATURDAY SHIFTS MAY 28
Entrance Gates Shift 1 – to greet our guests as they are entering the park 12 – 4 pm Saturday.
Entrance Gates Shift 2 – to greet our guests as they are entering the park 4- 7 pm Saturday.
Entrance Gates Shift 3 – to greet our guests as they are entering the park 7- 10 pm Saturday

BREAKDOWN CREW – to disassemble equipment and pack up at the end of Rib n Roll.
Sunday 6 – 9 p.m.
* SURVEY ASSISTANTS – to conduct a visitor survey on Saturday using a tablet. Must be confident to approach visitors to obtain their feedback. Saturday 1-3 pm.; 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday 1-3 p.m., 3 to 5 pm.
